Red clover is vitamin and mineral-rich herb such as calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, vitamin C and isoflavones. Red clover contains phytoestrogens and has been used by naturopaths in menopause and infertility protocols.

Directions: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 15 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
