e-medicine by email and texts
We are able to provide a naturopathic medicine service and advice via email, texts communications and online consultations. A modern concept also known as e-medicine, Telemedicine or Telehealth, enables non-contact communication between the patient and healthcare practitioner.
In primary health care, e-medicine is used where the patient is seeking a health care practitioner for advice about non-emergency health problems where physical examinations in the clinic are not necessary and the healthcare professional and the patient are not physically present in the same space and utilise electronic means for synchronous communication.
e-medicine or Telemedicine / Telehealth includes:
- Completing a detailed health questionnaire - emailed to you
- Referral to lab or/and functional tests when indicated
- Additional information requested via email
- A comprehensive wellness plan encompassing recommendations for appropriate supplements, nutritional changes, herbal medicine, and adjustments to lifestyle
- Prescription of a “practitioner only” supplements; herbal formulations designed and prescribed personally for you, using the highest quality New Zealand and internationally sourced medicinal herbs available.
- 2 months support, from the day of the payment, ongoing support via email and texts communications, answering questions related to the wellness plan, corrections and adjustments. Replies within 3 working days.
Please note - any Lab or functional tests, herbal medicine, “practitioner only” supplements, food, skincare or other prescribed health products will be at the patient’s additional cost.
Your investment is $650 for two months of e-medicine support via email and texts communications.

Ministry of Health New Zealand guidelines encourage health providers to offer Telehealth (e-medicine) to prevent patients from travelling to the clinic and potentially subjecting themselves to viruses.
Covid 19 variants will be in our community indefinitely as it has become endemic. Telehealth (e-medicine) protects people from exposure to Covid-19. Even when “Safer at Home” orders are lifted, the Covid-19 virus will remain in our community so elderly and vulnerable people may benefit from e-medicine health care in the future.
E-medicine includes:

2 months ongoing support via email and texts communications, answering questions related to the wellness plan, corrections and adjustments. Replying within 3 working days.
