Cedarwood oil is woody, masculine and grounding and just like the cedarwood tree itself, considered an oil of strength. Its grounding ability traditionally used to calm nervous tension, balance nervous system and positive mind.

Cedarwood medicinally used as an inhalation or chest rub to ease congestion, and helpful for coughs and bronchitis. It also used for urinary tract conditions such as cystitis.

Its insect repelling odour and insecticide action found useful in wardrobes and linen storage to keep moths at bay. Cedarwood pure essential oil is a main ingredient in our Insect Repellent blend.

Main constituents: Betaihimachalene, alpha-himachalene, trans-aplha-atlantone.

Blends well with Jasmine, Frankincense, Lemon Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Ylang-ylang, Cinnamon Leaf.

Directions for Use:
Dilute in carries oil of your choice (sweet almond, apricot kernel, or jojoba) and apply few drops directly into your skin - under the nose, on the wrist of your hands, on lymphatic nodules specially under your jaw. Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Apply one to two drops on any porous surface.
Few drops into warm foot or hands bath.
Few drops into the hot water bowl, place your head above that bowl, cover with a towel or blanket and breath in through your nose.
