Lavender essential oil has been used for centuries for its healing, antiseptic and sedative properties. Healing, soothing, antiseptic and analgesic actions make it useful for minor burns and wounds, soothing itchy bites and aggravated skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis and acne. Modern days research shown relaxing action on smooth muscles which explains its usage to ease digestive, menstrual and muscles spasms, headaches. Its antiseptic properties found its use in an inhalation for respiratory congestion. Lavender oil works as a gentle sedative promoting relaxation and calmness for body and mind.

Main constituents: Linalool, linalyl acetate, camphor, 1,8 cineole.

Blends well with Citronella, Jasmine, Lemon, Rosemary, Sweet Orange, Geranium.

Directions for Use:
Use to scent bed linen or pillows to aid sleep. A great option for household antiseptic cleaning blends. Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Apply one to two drops on any porous surface.
Dilute in carries oil of your choice (sweet  almond, apricot kernel, or jojoba) and apply few drops directly into your skin - under the nose, on the wrist of your hands, on lymphatic nodules specially under your jaw.
Few drops into warm foot or hands bath.
Few drops into the hot water bowl, place your head above that bowl, cover with a towel or blanket and breath in through your nose.
