Menopause Support Tea

A blend of organic herbs traditionally used to provide comfort while experiencing common menopause symptoms, including hot flashes and night sweats. Can support healthy levels of oestrogen.

Small bag of approx. 40g or 100g of organic herbs.

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), Sage (Salvia officinalis).

Directions: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 15 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
